We purchase raw materials from the local, national, and international markets. All material is sourced from reliable and genuine/reputed suppliers and markets, to ensure supplies of freshest and best raw materials. Gujarat is famous for its spices and major grocery items, which provides us an edge over our competitors in terms of quality and prices.

Seed Spice Cleaning Plants
The processing of raw material begins with the pre-cleaning process. Thereafter the raw material is processed in two fully automatic seed spice cleaning plants. It reduces the process time and helps to achieve the schedule set for dispatch of the orders received and ensures quality product delivery to the customer.

This equipment is used to remove and separate any metal, ash, filth, waste or stones in whole spices, pulses etc. before processing or packing.

This equipment is used to separate different grades of raw material .Damaged and light weight/infested /broken seeds get separated from bold and damage free seeds by this process.

Sortex Machine
This machine is computerized equipment used for removing off color grains. This ensures uniform and standard color is maintained consistently in the final product and only best quality grade of the raw material is available for processing and packing. It is highly efficient in removing a broad range of contaminants. This equipment is very sturdy and works in the harshest of conditions.
 
     
 
     
 
     
  Grinding Plant  
 
We have specialized grinding machines for chili, turmeric, coriander, cumin, and various other products which require specific methods for grinding.

The chilly procured from the market is in whole form, which is then sorted according to its quality and sent to the laboratory for further testing. After approval from the laboratory, the chili is cleaned and also hand sorted to remove all waste and dirt.

The whole turmeric is procured from the market, cleaned, and then ground in order to obtain the finest quality and highest curcumin percentage.

The coriander and cumin seed both undergo rigorous cleaning procedures to ensure that they are free from any fine dust particles and inert matter. Only the best quality seed is sent for further grinding so that the final product is pure and of very high quality. We also have special grinding machines for production of curry powder and to convert other products into powder form.

We utilize the latest in batch sterilization equipment which use Ethylene Oxide Gas for the sterilization process. This is to ensure that the products are free from pests, insects, and other potentially harmful elements and therefore of the highest quality when they reach the customer.
 
     
     
 
Steam Sterilization
Steam Sterilization
Steam Sterilization uses continuous flow of high pressure superheated steam to sterilize the product. This continuous steam sterilization process results in simultaneous reduction of microbiological load and inactivation of enzymes in spices, herbs & seeds. These raw materials are heavily contaminated with soil borne yeasts, moulds, nitrobacteria and spore formers.
 
     
 
     
 
     
  Fumigation  
 
Fumigation is done at two stages as per the technology acquired from CFTRI (Central Food Technological Research Institute), Mysore:
 
     
 
Pre processing- On receipt of raw material at factory to destroy all live insects and their eggs which may be present in the cargo.
Post processing- After processing the material into the required form to remove the pest’s / insects and eggs that may have developed
 
     
 
Our Unit has installed four Fumigation Chambers to achieve efficient and swift results.
 
     
 
     
 
     
  Packing  
     
 
Packing
Packing is done soon after the product is taken out of the fumigation/sterilization chamber to ensure the contact of the product with atmospheric impurities is minimized. The packing of the products is either done by automatic packing machines or manually, depending on the characteristics of the product. The packing material conforms to the statutory requirements for food products and is in accordance with the specifications of regulatory bodies such as the Indian Institute of Packaging, Mumbai & the Spices Board of India.

We have installed modern high speed automatic packing machines at our unit, which enables us to provide best quality packing solutions to our customers.
 
     
  Vacuum Packing  
 
We are also have vacuum packing facilities. Vacuum packing maintains freshness and extends shelf life of the packed product. This is significant to consumers as well as bulk pack clients as it ensures that the consumer gets high quality products which stay fresh for long duration.
 
     
  Metal Detector  
 
Metal detectors are used at the final stage of packing to identify and remove packages which contain any foreign matter such as stones or metal pieces etc.This is to maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene of the product even at the final stages of packing.
